No buttons = lose. No matter how good the controls are implemented on the iPhone they still don’t feel responsive enough as actual buttons. And ya, I’ve played lots on the iPhone.

It was only on the market for about three or four months, it didn’t sell at all and was recalled and taken off the market.

Frankly, this thing mainly failed because of it’s design. It’s like a pair of legs with eye balls on top of them.

The commercial of where the virtual boy stalks children to “need their eyes” didn’t help either.
It was a portable gaming system that wasn’t portable.
