The odd thing is, my Graal account name and e-mail are completely different than the e-mail I got from them. So I am quite confused as to how I got the e-mail, considering the fact that I don’t remember creating a new account using my updated info. And their web page is so freaking convoluted it is nearly impossible to solve this mystery. Seriously. Top contender for the most unusable web site design award.

Supportcenter accounts is different from graal and forum accounts.
I never got a support center account 
Support center … what useful idiots. I tried to recover my password for my old account after I mentioned I lost both the pass and the email. I had very good proof I was the original owner by comparing the forum last post from me (which was years ago) to my IP and they didn’t believe me … morons.

I know the feeling. My account got hacked (easy password, at the time) and globally banned. But, I sent about 15 emails to which I received not a single reply.

I’m right there with you guys. My account had been hacked and then banned for “Account Sharing” or whatever the fuck it was called, and I must have sent like 20 emails to the support center, and didn’t get a single reply back. That was about the time I just said Fuck You to graal and gave up and went back to Counter-strike.

The support center isn’t available yet, otherwise it would be at http://support.graalonline.com/
Nalin’s still correct about the horrible website design.
I wonder when and if they’ll fix this mess … I was going to attempt to regain my account again. lol
