We need more people “new users” posting in the Hello/Goodbyes section. (More hellos, less goodbyes.) lol
It’s a way to reach out to the GR community and present yourself.
Could also be a way to get to know others. lol
List your likes, dislikes, history, and talents!
Hell, if you want to go ahead and give us your biography. lol
It’s a way to make friends.

Hello!
My name is Burtis, and I’m a former Graal player. I have wanted to play again for several years but just haven’t had the time! I’m new to the forums, and I’m interested being an active user!

I can feel you on the whole time issue, my work stops me now and then. . lol That’s life though, this is more of a hobby for me. lol
Seriously though, we need more active users. The more the . . . more active we are. (Ahah . . one hand clap)
Well, I havnt played Graal for alteast 2 years, so I went to search for it and this I read was a free Graal game so why not be here instead really?

Hello, I’m Madz and I’m new here. I will start creating my own server when I’ve learned how to set one up, and change the tileset and such things. Or join an already existed project
[QUOTE=Nalin;11072]
From speaking with you, it seems you have no Graal experience. I would suggest joining a project that already exists and learn from there. Much of Graal is done via NPC scripts. That includes weapons, tileset changes, etc. There is no easy “tileset=blah.png” line anywhere. You have to create an NPC script that changes the tileset.
You should read npcprogramming.doc that comes with the client (it should come with it.) And maybe Google search around for Graal scripting tutorials. Just FYI, though. Two versions of the Graal scripting language exists. GS1 and GS2. GS2 is the new scripting language introduced in v4. It doesn’t work with our stuff.

Welcome jovisst, Kino, Glyde, Madz . . sorry for it being a bit late! lol
I usually just hit “Mark Forums Read”, and I don’t catch all new posts.
Also! I appreciate whoever “Stickied” this Thread. lol Sort of makes me happy, anyways hopefully more new users post in it … or create their own topics in this section. lol
Again, sorry about the late welcome … just now got around to checking this thread.
See you all around, hopefully.

Hi there! You can call me DioNess. I have played Graal before, and I am actually happy that you guys have gone your way to make this happen. It feels good playing Graal the way I’m used to playing. I’ve played Classic the most, then Shaded Legend, XOne, Delteria, and Babylon. I’m actually trying out the Bravo Online server out right now, which I’ve never played before in the past. So I can’t say if anything pops up to me as something familiar. But yeah, again, hello to everybody, glad to be here, and keep up the good work to all the staff members!
