Dontar took the wrong key, I believe he must’ve found it on your Ruza, as the beast had the key before it died, thus implying that he had the key and unlocked himself from the cage that you had locked him in, in Volume 428: To Capture the Beast!.
In the end it was your own fault that Enraged Ruza wasn’t there
