Any user you delete must be manually deleted from the serverlist SQL table as we have no tool to do it.

Why dont you leave the accounts intact and just create and active member count. IE, select all the accounts who’ve logged in in the last six months -> count results. Easy. Its not like inactive members in a sql database are going to use a lot of space.
