Nope, I don't see any 'Sakaria', your friend never signed up.
We've only globally banned one person, and I'm sure your friend could never ammount to what they did.

Globally banned doesn;t come in a category, they would still show up in the list of users. The one globally banned would go by the name 'Jelly'

If it existed but wasn't activated, I could just activate it manually; But I regress, they never signed up.
