Need help with drawing

I’ve been drawing with a Wacom iBamboo tablet lately and mostly been using PaintTool Sai. I need some help using Photoshop CS6, especially getting good line quality. May I ask if any of you know how to perfect the paintbrush tool so you get dark and non-blurry as the guy did in this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nSK7Vd_zdpI

If it’s anything like cs4 you should have some kinda option:hard rounded, soft rounded.

Try switch it to hard rounded and you should be all set.

Upon selecting the pencil hardness should be 100% if I remember well…
