Should, if they wish to contribute, new members be encouraged to help out with the ‘stable’ (hosted consistently) servers, rather than wasting their time on their super awesome shadow relm?

It’s up to the server owner and personally I don’t want a “delusional kid” working for my server. Anyway, applications are open for Graal Reborn official world and no applicants so far.
I find that’s usually the problem with these. Everyone wants free Graal but no-one wants to actually help create it. Or log onto the servers every now and then.
