Too many laws against Darwinism.
People need to protect others from “not shoving things into electrical outlets”, “don’t use your hair dryer in the bathtub”, “don’t stick your hands into the sharp rotating blades” and “don’t light pressurized crap on fire”
“You see your Honor, my client had no way of knowing that this would happen because the warning label clearly doesn’t state ‘Do not use with your penis’”
Intentionally pissing off some guy over and over, assaulting him expecting not to be struck back; And then indeed getting the shit beat out of you by said person.
Law calls it Aggravated Assault, I call it “getting whats coming to you.”
