I know i may get some flak for saying this, but I find Antago/Cazeda’s writings to be unique and different, a breath of fresh air from the ordinary and mundane. I don’t think he’s as crazy as you all think he is or as he may appear to some. I think it’s more of an art form than just regular wording. For a popular reference, the Star Trek TNG Season 5 Episode 2 episode Darmok may help give some understanding and clarity to it. At least that’s my take on it, i could be entirely off in my interpretation.

I don’t really understand what globalism has to do with Stephane Portha. I’m pretty sure he’s just a sociopathic asshole scam artist business-man who got lucky and took advantage of other’s talents like you could find literally anywhere.
I also don’t understand how the current political structures have anything to do with technocracy. It’s quite the opposite, and technocracy has nothing to do with tyranny. The two can hypothetically co-exist, but they can be mutually exclusive as well. The fundamental philosophy behind it is that instead of having politicians, you’d have scientists and people who are technically efficient and knowledgeable in their fields debating and making decisions relevant to those fields. Which could work in tandem with democracy. We’d just vote for scientists instead of charasmatic shitface smooth talkers with no qualifications we call politicians.
In fact in that system it wouldn’t make sense for the people you vote in to make a decision. We have this wrong idea about what the word “leader” means in that we think it means commander in the distorted modern interpretation. In a technocracy you could have a direct democracy where the people vote on every issue, and if you wanted you could “elect” a bunch of scientists who are well educated that we trust to debate and provide the public the necessary information to make a well educated decision that we could ultimately disagree with and vote the opposite.
