GtA is not appearing on the serverlist again, who should I be pestering?

I’ve IMed him a multitude of times, hes very busy IRL atm, he’ll get to it when he gets to it.
When I got him on AIM he was drunk so I left him alone.
It is back up now though. the serveroptions had the wrong listip in the config, that’s why it didn’t show up.
