File Browser (RC)

I’m currently experiencing a bug with the current SVN build (875).

Some of my RC folders aren’t working, for example, world (my levels folder) won’t load, it has 5643 levels in it.

A similar folder has 1267 and loads perfectly fine.

I tried loading on other computers with different accounts none of them can load it.

Maybe there’s a certain filename within your 5643 file folder causing the break.
Either that, or thats just too many damn files for the GServer to want to output. Lol

It was working perfectly prior to this last update.

Something similar is happening on Testbed.

Can’t open up the ganis folder. If you try, you can’t switch folders, and you can’t do anything else inside the file browser.

That’s more than likely b/c there’s too many files there (aprox: 3000)

hmmm, then Twizted better not open the heads folder on the G2K1 RC…thats over 5k files >_>

Urza, the heads folder opens fine. It might just take awhile to load though.

O_o there is no (single) heads folder… i made several so that they wouldn’t freeze the RC

I got compression error when trying to load the 12k heads o.O im gonna have to split it to several heads folders

Urza, you didn’ give everyone the head folders. Most people have the one head folder.

I tried some things today to fix this and none of them worked. For now, you are going to have to create multiple folders if you have a lot of files. I don’t know if it is possible to fix it. Stupid Graal.
