There should be a plugin for forums to make sure that a thread can only resume in the language in which it was started.
I’ve rarely seen a spanish one unless they are getting deleted before I see them. Just need better bot prevention. Possible the ones that ask a question to sign up, “What color is the sky?” or such, simple things like that, that rely more on logic/knowledge. Unless there is simply a better CAPTCHA out there to use.
Some use a relay method, sending the captcha to a human operator.
