Okay, so I’m really new to this, Lol so please pardon my lack of knowledge on this… I’m having issues with server hosting lately. When I run the server program, it shows up on the public server list, and I can connect to it from the same PC that’s hosting, but nobody else is able to get on.I’m obviously doing SOMETHING wrong, but what’s my issue and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance.

You need to port forward on your router.
Google port forwarding with the make and firmware of your router and you should find a guide for it.
