I know none of this will mean anything to someone with your mindset, and probably just make you feel even more accomplished. I only wish Cadavre would reintroduce the strictness this forum needs to get rid of such ridiculousness.
I don’t think this forum needs to be more strict. As long as we keep the ridiculous bullshit away from the people trying to discuss development, this forum will be fine. Most times I enjoy the ridiculous stuff that goes on here.

It’s more about the newcomers. Young or not, a lot of them aren’t going to want to come into an environment where behavior like what’s displayed here is tolerated. It’s particularly important OUTSIDE of the development threads, because the new people aren’t typically going to be looking at those. Maybe I’m misinterpreting a lot of what’s said as more serious than it’s intended, but if that misinterpretation can be made so easily, that’s a problem.

first off, welcome to the community.
as you stated, I do not think it is much of a hate for igraal players distinctively.
i think its more the fact of the nonsense that goes on here that codr is speaking of. We do welcome you, but sadly, some of our members have a maturity level that is far below par when it comes to playing nice with others.
I personally love when new players come to this community, as it means new players, new developers, and we can grow more. We do not have a modernized server yet. So maybe from your area of the woods, you could bring more players over from that type of play to develop something interesting.

either or, welcome to the community. Just do not feed the trolls, we have a couple that can be extremely ridiculous, and i have seen newer players leave because of it.
Do not get me wrong everyone, I am not picking a fight here or anything, I just think its really counter productive to complain and make fun of not having new players,or complaining their is nothing going on and “its dead here”. then turn around and try and troll and upset new players. If you are not developing something here, or adding to this community, and just sabotaging forum posts. You are a part of the problem, not the solution.
Make fun of him or not, he just said he could make promo videos. to me, that is a lot more productive, then a one worded forum post to instigate some form of flame war.
I think we need someone like riley back to keep order on these boards sometimes, as it gets really ridiculous with the childish nonsense that goes on here, that does not need to go on here.
