I have an idea for increasing the playercount here in Reborn.
I was originally introduced to the idea of “Free Graal”, or Reborn as I now know it, back aways while I was playing Official Graal, as a trial of course, on the server Unholy Nation. There I was approached by an individual, whom I can’t remember now, but they told me about Reborn and what was trying to be accomplished, and that is how I came to haunt these forms and servers.
So, what I’m proposing is what about having people take “field trips” of sorts to Official Graal, and essentially preach about Reborn. Much like the ranting acid trip stereotypical prophets, we could assemble in crowded places and preach to the masses, opening their eyes to what Official Graal has now become, and urging them to take the Red Pill or the Blue Pill, and to give us a chance here at reborn.
Along with that suggestion, I also believe that we should designate one or two servers as the “Official” hangouts in reborn, and attempt to populate those servers with as many numbers as we can. Because, if you put yourself in the mind of someone who is just coming from Official Graal, they are used to playercounts atleast in the hundreds, and to come to reborn and see A whole lot of servers, but nothing but 1 or 2 people on each of them, that will probably cause them to lose interest, because community is what was so enticing about Official Graal. So, if we designated one or two servers as “Official”, then whenever new people came to reborn, they would see one or two servers that have more than 3-4 people. It seems as though Bomber Arena would be a great bet, because i’ve seen more people on that at one time then any other server…

Stupid idea , naw I suppose it has good intentions but out of what little respect I have left for P2P graal, if we come onto their server and steel their bread cause we d not have enough bread then they will come onto our server rightfully so and steel our bread and leave left over bread called Unholy bread, and GR doesn’t like Unholy bread we disslike unholy bread!
It’s starting a war pretty much which we’ve maintained peace for awhile. I would assume by now people would open their own eyes up in some way shape or form. Bomber man is a good server, and it’s original but yeah everybody should be able to have their own server and I’m all about having free graal but my main priority is for the future aka my game developing business involving GR. I suppose the new definition of playing graal for players is being able to develop their own level or world, at least for GR.
Dangerl3ss tried to propose an idea that we all have one playerworld for all main dev’s aka LAt’s scriptors etc… To take away the ability for a individual to host his or her own playerworld, I extremely disagree… Something I would agree with is having 1 official world (while other worlds will be able to be hosted publicly) that anybody who applies can get basic RC rights to, can form their own group and work on one sector of the world to develop on. Have basically GR staff as globals for this one server to maintain peace and everything else. I think GR should be known for the community aspect in developing than just having a good playerworld. Does this remind anybody of how Graal Classic started out, because I’m describing exactly how P2P graal originality started out and it worked before it went P2P. I’m willing to host such a server, GR staffers get remote access to, and application process is necessary for anybody interested in wanting RC rights to develop.
