Ok so does anyone know the release date for Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded? I’m planning on downloading the rom for my r4 when it’s out, 365/3 days was pretty fun but challenging but I lost my old r4 and got a new one so I have no idea where that rom went :’( and it took me like an hr to download it from the torrent as well…

Coded leads up to the next game Kingdom Hearts title, which I would assume is Kingdom Hearts III. Jimminy wants to find how “Thank Namine” ended up in the Journal, and Mickey decodes the Journal. Maleficent and Pete end up going into the Journal and mess shit up. Coded Sora stops them, and ends up saving them near the end of the game. Then some weird stuff starts happening at Disney Castle and Mickey sends a letter to the real Sora, which is shown at the ending of Kingdom Hearts II and Birth by Sleep.
Me thinks Ansem the Wise and Aqua will escape the Realm of Darkness, Terra will reappear because when a Heartless is destroyed before the Nobody the original person comes back, and Sora will wake Ventus’ heart in Castle Oblivion. Master Xehanort will probably come back, too.

I don’t have a ps2 either so i never played it much, I did play some of it at my friends house
I have KH and KH2, I wish to have a PS3 >.>

I loved Kingdom Hearts 1. Maxed out all my characters on it. Kind of enjoyed KH2… never beat it though. Haven’t really played any other.
358/2 days was actually pretty good. Worth the play if you enjoyed 1 and 2.

Yeah, although the controls always felt kind of unwieldy. I liked re:com’s control scheme a lot better. Seemed like those extra couple buttons made all the difference in the world.
It pisses me off though that in order to play all the KH games one would need to own like 4 different systems.
The only one I don’t have is PSP which means that until they do a console remake or hell freezes over and I buy a PSP, I’m not going to be able to enjoy birth by sleep.
Am I missing out? Seems like there’s a lot of story that I’m missing out on, but how was the gameplay?

I played Kingdom Hearts 1, GBA COM, and 2. Enjoyed 1 and 2, hated COM’s gameplay.
Don’t/Didn’t have the money for any others, lost my first ds hawked the second can’t emulate it
It’s a fun series, the Disney shit still annoys me even though it appealed to me BARELY when I first started playing
Anyhow, I would consider myself well versed in KH but only as far as those three games. Been left out ever since.
