Uh, I try to put a head in my server and it doesn’t work. I don’t know why, because I put a lot more in there like right before I tried to put that one in there.

I think its just not getting updated, because I changed the name of a head I was currently using, (Head797), so I changed that to head797-2, and changed my head to head797. It didnt change, and it was the original head797.
Is your head a .png/.gif?

does it use more than 256 colors?
You have to set it to an 8-Bit file, 256 colors PNG 
That should fix it, use paint.net to set it, photoshop, jasc, or gimp lol easy fix and very common to mess that up.

UH, how do I change it?
Just make a GIF and convert it to PNG with GIF2MNG.
Or get Giffy, make a BMP, convert to GIF with Giffy, convert to PNG with GIF2MNG.
i found that converter to be crap and not work for all images, so I dont use it, i just save them to 8bit pngs right off the bat, which also makes for less space the file uses, converting makes it use a bit more space just like a gif. iv found on my end, might just be my images and how i draw them.
Everytime I use GIF2MNG I get a file less than 1kb
To change it to 8-bit go to getpaint.net then install it and then open the image that isn’t working, click save and save it as an 8-bit.
