I can get read only working by only putting “r foldername/*” in someone’s rights, but replacing the ‘r’ with just a ‘w’ for “write only” still allows them to download the file (drag n drop).
Anyway to prevent this and truly make it so files can only be uploaded and not downloaded?
Read is exclusive to write in pretty much every computer system ever, I don’t think it’s currently possible, or if Nalin would add such a thing… If you don’t trust to people making content for you don’t give them access, or go the more standard route of giving everyone their own folder to upload things to, then you personally move it over to the live folders.
