The english patch has been released. For those are that are sad and lazy I have created a torrent that has both everything expect an emulator which I’m sure you can get yourself. (Since I’m unsure if ROMs are allowed here, I created the torrent instead. Too lazy myself to give out 3rd party links. rofl)
