sooo, I have played Graal since I was unbelieveably young, and was very pleased to find this project. I don’t really like what the mainstream graal people are doing, but that all is beside the point
My problem is is that when I have a level, make an npc, save close graal, and come back later, the npc does not show up with any images. It’s still there in the level editor but it dosen’t show up with the image I gave it last time. Any suggestions on fixing this?
Place the image is the same folder as your level or shove it into one of the webgifs folders.
*The image in webgifs not the level.

Go into the npc click load image and reload the image, and play the level, then come back out into the editor, and it should be back.
gointo graal_222.exe click training press f4 and it will let you use all the images.

The only problem is that the npc’s wont load untill I change each one. Also, I had the images in the webgifs folder already. Sometimes the head of a npc won’t load, but that is rare.
Are you loading Images from more than one folder? Graal likes to be a dick like that…

no it just does that. it happens to me too. when its online, it will work, but just open the npc up and click browse and find the picture again. idk why it does this, i just ignore it
