Maybe i’m missing something such as improved architecture but the CPU appears to be kinda meh and designed for mobile devices and power savings rather than graphics… http://www.nvidia.com/object/tegra-3-processor.html
My old 3Ghz Pentium 4 with 2GB of 800MHz RDRAM and 256mb Radeon 9600 running at AGP 4x likely has comparable or better power than the Ouya.
It would probably be better if someone tried to make an x86 based gaming specialized PC that ran Linux with comparable or better hardware for $99 or under.
