RC Accounts and PMs

I have noticed on gserver versions that the RCs do not have account names. Also, if you PM an RC, as well as the npc server, all connected RCs will get a mass message of whatever message the person sent, private or not.

Edit: This is an issue with the client, the RCs themselves see other accounts and can PM properly.
