Been looking through my backups, and found the RC. I’m going to start working on this again. Posted an attachment of all the GUI’s I found for it :o

my rc won't work. i have the version 2.17 and it wont connect - it says my account does not have admin rights. i can get to my server, other people can get to my server, i followed the readme.txt to set serveroptions.txt and renamed the YOURACCOUNT file correctly … i cant get rc! help! (also posted this in tech support but no one replied to that yet)

Sounds like your using rev 51 for gserver, you should use rev50 for now since it's more tested with less bugs. Aswell as adding your name to (YourAccount) in settings.ini, you also have to run dbsetup.exe to make a new database. After running it type yes, then enter your forum account you want to be manager.

i see. and there is no dbsetup.exe in rev 51 of the gserver… only gserver.exe - time to hunt around for rev 50

thanks. and i feel that i should mention something that is not obvious to the average user. the gserver.exe is inside the bin folder when you download version 50.
