I’ve tried uploading a shield onto a server and i put it in correct folder’s but wont appear in game ive reset it like 1000000 times but nothing. have it transparent… nothing. made it smaller and guess what? nothing. So if anyone can help that would be great thanks

Get a nice lil program that will save it as a 256 color image, preferably one that can control transparencies.
Go download an old copy of Animagic, the gifs are automatically 8-bit.
Paid route, I’d prefer Paint Shop Pro, adobe sucks for palette control, it’s aimed towards brush tools.
Try Paint.NET. It’s all you’ll need for Graal.

I got paint.net it is the way to go all my files usually upload only a few are tricky try uploading them to tinypic.com and then save the file from there it sometimes helped me idk why though
