Tile Limitations

using the code “addtiledef2” how many different tiles can you use? i have only managed to get one additional tile set to work in a playerworld.

if this is the limit then does anyone know of a way to expand it as i would like to have 3 or 4 different tile sets on a playerworld (on the overworld).

I’m using about 8 or 9 different tile parts with addtiledef2 on Zolderon, so you shouldn’t have a problem.

In quantity? No. But I have noticed there is a limit in size(can’t addtiledef2 anything over 256px).

umm well its all on the main overworld for my added tiles, but maybe there is another problem that im overlooking that is blocking the tiles… i will have to try a new approach to it.
