Paint.NET, or you can just use a god damn button like the one that says “Search”

Send me the image and I’ll convert it to an 8-bit PNG.
You could skip the hassle and just make a .GIF. lol

If you do send me an image via PM. You’ll get the 8-bit tomorrow. I’m heading to bed now. Hah!

Well actually it isn’t yet, but it will be later today. I’ll post a quick tutorial for making an 8-Bit .png file. lol Never thought I would need to, but meh.
