I really wanted to download this since I miss playing starsiege tribes. Isn’t it 5 gb all up though?

I like the game but I can’t get my sentinel class to work, it keeps on saying pending class when I try fire a weapon and spawning class when I try to respawn… what gives?

Did you purchase the class? You can try out classes in training mode that you haven’t purchased yet. Are you just getting confused because of that? Also, playing the sniper in Tribes is very, very different from every other game. It has a very steep learning curve. You also only do 500 damage with a fully charged shot, which is two hits to the weakest class. And there is no headshot bonus. That said, good snipers can really carry a team.

No definately bought it, at least… it took my gold happily ._.

Edit:worked out the problem, the I messed up the key bindings x_x

Nope. You can buy everything with the XP you earn in matches. The only things that you can’t buy with XP are the alternative skins for the Infiltrator/Raider classes. The only issue is with the game is that XP gain is pretty slow. You can get a +25% boost for being the best person on your team, and another +25% for being on the winning team. Of course, if you buy a boost with RL money, you gain XP 3x faster, and you permanently gain a +50% boost.

Also, this weekend is a double XP weekend, for all of you guys who still play this game.
