Yeah, like Spoon said people use the report function for posts that really shouldn’t be reported.
In the end you can’t really stop flamers and whiners entirely. They’ll always exist. Just crack down harder on the offenders.

Then they’d have no reason to complain.
fronash was someone from where I work who was spamming pictures of fish everywhere. If an admin were to check my IP logs fronash, Foork, and graalmaster would all be on one or more of my work’s IPs.
I didn’t mean that ban specifically. I know you typically put something like that as a ban reason.
If you give them a reason besides Screw off, Ownt, Pwned, or Fuck You. They typically won’t complain.
I’ve only banned fronash and MysticalNinja with reasons like those. All of the others had real reasons.

Things like this don’t help. Regardless of who it was. Ok, we’re really derailing this from my original comment about temp bans.
I suggest the GR Mods/Admins use temp bans more often with a reason to prevent some amount of flaming. Then couple this with beholder’s idea of pretending it never happened.

I unbanned LoakeyRonso before he even posted that, and I already said that I left MysticalNinja banned with “Suckysucky” as the reason. I understand it’s wrong, but he’d find something else to complain about me anyways.

This thread makes me want to break stuff. Most of the complaints are so insignificant it doesn’t warrant any extra effort.
Complaint: Content Theft
Solution: Stop giving strangers direct access to your levels
Complaint: Spooon is a meanie
Solution: Stop sexually harassing Spooon
Complaint: He called me a noob
Solution: Don’t constantly make idiot posts and threads
Complaint: He made fun of my server
Solution: Either stop using everybody else’s junk or make it more than one level. Doesn’t help to constantly make new threads begging people to make absolutely everything for you.
