It’s a lot of work to actually make something. Nobody has the motivation to do all that much.
I mean really it’s not even about making stuff at this point, if they added or improved a feature every once and a while it would be better than it is now…
This is about the GR “Staff” more so than the server staff… Half of them dun even do shit…

Exactly, and more people would actually stay around as well, that’s why people who come just leave after a week of being here. 
All the “Staff” do usually is yell at the newbies for being new pretty much. P:
That’s why I was looking for a game engine xD, so I can leave after I have all my graphics drawn out and game planned out (besides from heads/bodies/shields have to redraw that crap…)
I don’t understand what “staff” “owes” anybody.
I was happy enough from the start just having a free/functional/supported gserver. Even better there’s a central list server for us to use and get traffic on anything we do make. Best of all is the Ultimate Graal DVD that is packed with more than a lot of people are going to get through. Beyond that anybody with any sense as to search the forums can find a lot of what they need to know. They even host your server for you now!
If you look through the help threads people usually get answers, even if they re-ask the same idiot question daily for a solid two months.
The whiners are more detrimental to the community than anything else. NOBODY HERE OWES YOU ANYTHING
Twiggy, just name the staff that’s all at you and we’ll stop paying them. (However most of them donate, so we’ll basically stop paying them negatively?) If you can’t emotionally handle a few people kidding around we’re better off without you, nobody wants to hear your drama every time they check the forums.
BTW I think Urza’s sick of being everybody’s bitch.

Only thing sad about our good staff (In my eyes) is they don’t come on the lot as the bad staff does.
As for other staff, I’m not even going to say anything. I’ve got nothing kind to say.
I thank Cadavre for hosting this site, that IS all he does have to do. If he did the update while on in and made it better would it be nice? Well, of course. But he has done enough.

Let me rephrase that…
Basicaly wanted to say that GR is a community where people contribute as they feel fit, the so called staff happen to be a group of people that are seen as “doing the most”, so people tend to expect them to do everything. The “Nobody Here Owes You Anything” was meant for the general populace. This isn’t a service, it’s a handful of people playing around with gserver emulation and random Graal development, the noob sitting is charity and often gets on their nerves. Far too many people expect them to be on hand 24/7.
I was making no point against Urza, he’s currently stressed out playing go between for everybody’s opinions on how and whether the servers should be regulated. He’d putting way too much time and effort into it and essentially has to start over several times a day. (I’ll be moving this concern to the PWA forum since the issue isn’t relevant to the general populace seeing as Urza is being run around by the admins arguing in the background.)
At Twiggy: What I meant to direct at you was the constant “OMG VICTIM STATUS!!” you throw out about half time you post anymore, whether it’s in response to somebody talking to you or just some random person.
Me: I am by no means “staff”, I offer pretty much nothing to the community. I stuck with the PWA mostly since I cover for Urza when he’s feeling lazy or not around. Any authority I occasionally wield is really me echoing what others want before they get around to posting on the silly policy threads.

Beholder is awesome he helps me with everything and mostly makes me feel like a n00beh but thats not his fault, thats my low self-esteem kicking in again, but srsly where is your server Twiggy? I can’t seem to find it, Im working on one. Yes it’s closed beta, and is this a charity? Yes, I would think so, I was pissed off at CyberJouers at their fat-cat sort of ways, and I found this and I was like “HOL-E-SHIT!” This is a perfect site run by timely staff who answer my questions within an hour which is better service than anyone can expect.

Few people keep me from bothering with the forums anymore, I’ve already done and given up hope. I let anyone do whatever the hell they want because I’m can’t be bothered to do anything. Supposedly.
With all the whine-bags and trolls and other retarded shit, I just can’t do anything ‘more’ for GR. This just isn’t the same place it used to be years ago, my final days are already marked when I’m going to completely quit coming here or help anyone.
