Graal Reborn = Graal?

Like 2ndwolf stated; if you create a blockbuster in Adobe Movie Maker, and name it “Adobe: The Last Frontier”, it does not belong to Adobe. If you make games using a free tile editor tool with some built in commands to manipulate the class objects (NPCs)–and you name this game, “Graal Bomy Moon”, it does not belong to whoever claims they own the development tool–not even a single piece of it. At any rate, my name is all over my content, and always has been–and not only that, but I have been accredited from the beginning & my hard drive leaked across the Internet.

Why have I not sued him? Mainly because I was intellectually raped & abused by both Bomber & Unixmad who lied to me and robbed me when I was a boy, and as stupid as it sounds I really found the courage to admit what happened to me about 6 months ago.

Every dollar earned under the name “Graal” dates back to 1) Zelda, which does not belong to them, and 2) A game I made about bomy-bopots–and each and every single penny was shoveled back into funding every subsequent investment of that man’s fortune, meaning that past the capitalist shitshow we call France & America–it is my fucking property.

If a pedophile (like Unixmad) walks up to a 14 year old kid and promises him ice cream then bullies him into getting naked & takes nude photos of him in private, then earn $2,000,000 off these photos and uses this money to become even richer–not even a single cent of that money, in truth, belongs to the pedophile.

People pay for content, not to run around in a game tool. The only difference is that this sociopathic thief has coerced innocents into believing that they should PAY HIM (by illegally stealing all of my childhood power, because the faggot couldn’t make a decent game of his own if his life depended on it) to have THEIR CONTENT hosted on his server. The whole system is a lie, and all of the power Unixmad has is mine; the playerbase who paid for my server, the original money to start the fortune, manipulating Stefan into signing a contract so he had software to sell someone else’s content.

The man should be sent to prison; that’s where he belongs.

Hey look I said something

Actually using Adobe After Effects or any of their editing software to make a full scale blockbuster without a proper license would be illegal as fuck. In Graal you never were creating content under a license, whatever you made was automatically their’s.

Not creating something under a license does not void ownership of the artist/person who made it, it does however make it alot harder to protect one’s own work from thievery, even fully copyrighted works get stolen by foreign scumbags all the time with little to no recourse…

Also not creating under a license does not mean Stephane or someone else other than you can claim ownership to it or it somehow becomes their property.

Maybe uploading it to their server after accepting the disclaimer saying “anything you upload to us becomes our property” would limit your rights or give them ownership; but the United States has limits on tort and contracts that things too egregiously unfair are unlawful, unenforceable and voided; for example Unconscionable Contracts Under the Uniform Commercial Code - http://scholarship.law.upenn.edu/cgi…enn_law_review but that’s another hurdle and that much harder if you sign or accept a EULA or whatever and that’s considering both parties to be in the United States…

Antago’s contributions to Graal were substantial and significant and he’s probably entitled to $200,000 or so, but then again so is the New World staff, Mark Karpeles and dozens of other people, also another $200,000 is owed to Dave Taylor and Bobby Prince because of Stephane and Stefan’s part in the blatant theft and reselling of Abuse on iPhone as their own game… Will anyone ever see their fair share of that? Come to think of it I myself am probably owed $200,000 for emotional distress, harassment, stalking, threats, terrorism, DDOS attacks, attempting hackings, posting my address publicly on his forum accompanied with lies about me, pinging/dosing my server directly from GraalOnline’s server 205.252.89.215 at the time, with obvious evidence and no attempts even made to hide that it was him… Also how many innocent people were inconvenienced because of him and his French friends at Wannadoo/Orange OVH SAS and others doing DDOS of Genuity.net, Earthlink, Verizon, Frontier and several other ISPs, various DNS servers and who knows what else all in in a vain attempt to merely shut little old me offline?

If I had my way Toonslab or whatever the hell it’s called now would be forcibly shut down, all remaining monies confiscated and distributed to all victims and Stephane locked up for the rest of his life.

Unfortunately the sick bastard Stephane is a well practiced criminal in places that are slow, incompetent or corrupt when it comes to justice… I’m pretty sure he did something so horrible and egregious “not sure what at this point” that he could no longer be immune/protected by the bribed guvna’s of France but was able to skip the country before anything happened to him about it. Why the hell else would he shut down his “business”, sever ties with Stefan and skip the country without any planning or notice? I don’t see the appeal of Mauritius for him unless he was a criminal on the run.

Everything is pretty much moot at this point as collecting money from anyone in France or Mauritius is about as likely as some grandma recovering stolen monies from Nigerian 419 scammers…

Absolutely, and I’ll add … When I created the concept for my game, it is a licenseable game unto itself no different than Zelda, Graal, or Everquest … Wait a second. What is Graal? Oh, that’s right–when it became a business it was my game. Graal is mine, if we are speaking strictly divine justice here and not the Nigerian granny funds neither you or others will likely see.

Trademarking the name “Graal Online” does not entitle you to the illegal contracts and fortune you decided to sign & build off of a 14 year old’s game. At the time, I was an administrator with no contract, and everything was uploaded directly through FTP or ICQ, meaning that not even a single piece of it was submitted through any online submission system with a Terms & Agreements. I’ll go on to add that GraalOnline.com didn’t even have such a Terms & Agreements attached at the time, because they were dealing with Galen.

Receiving files from a 14 year old under the supervision of his mother in across the world over ICQ or FTP does not bind his content as your property. Under this basis, any book created using Word & Times New Roman or any other font would somehow creatively belong to Microsoft & the font distributor. As we know, this doesn’t work. I was also administrating Graal Classic which was nothing more than Galen & PACHUKA’s collaborative server hosted on Unixmad’s FTP. There, FrEAk+ & I created Destiny which, with contrast to other players, possessed the most original conceptual content solidifying Graal Classic into what it is apart from a modge-podge of several dozens of players’ contributions.

Unixmad, again, created none of this and none of my content was submitted through any EULA or otherwise. Taking divine justice into account, I pretty much made Graal what it is. Even the NPC Server was my original idea, which modern Graal P2P wouldn’t be possible without–and we both know Bomber & Unixmad could never conceive of breakthrough interactive technologies. At the time, Graal was nothing more than a basic tile editor with some C++ NPC key commands, using stolen Zelda resources. In the grand scheme of things, beyond the ravaging trauma & emotional distress caused by living the past 15 years convincing myself that I am entitled to nothing I create, that I am worthless, a delusional nuisance & a liar for revolutionizing & transforming two ungracious thieves’ adult lives for the better–every single contract & merger that was originally forged was illegally done off of my content. Every subsequent dollar & server sold for use of the NPC Server, in truth–is my spiritual property.

Take a look at Jesus, who was the Lord of the Age of Aries; as king/pharaoh of the kingdom, all of his power was stripped from him and money was used to build a buffering wall between the power-hungry thieves who denied him his kingship. In the end, he was still the reincarnation of the root of the kingdom, divinely chosen & born on a August 19th, 7B.C. during a marvelous astrological alignment. As I peer upon the justice of the situation, I am living in the aftermath of a giant “Jewish synagogue” known as Stephane Portha & Stefan Knorr–but inwardly my spirit feels a great, heavy weight because it knows that none of the original money used to build his empire belonged to him.

Developing gaming tools using stolen Zelda resources & concept, hosting a server, and using the power of being a full-grown French adult to buy up trademarks & copyrights does not change the truth of what happened. You do not sell a child’s monumental 2 year long development of artwork, social networking, and stories–then kick him out of the community & steal every one of his fans, friends, and dollars–then reinvest his power back into making yourself more powerful. I am owed far more than $200,000–and in a perfect world I’d be handed 90% control back over what was erected off of the generated battery of my power.

We all known Graal Classic had barely any contributions from Unixmad or Bomber; even so, no one would pay for it until they took my NPC Server technology & sold my childhood game as their own property. It takes power, a playerbase, creativity, passion, and money to get where they are. The failed attempt at selling Graal Gold went for $10 from Azrael; you cannot build a kingdom off of $10. You can, however, build a kingdom off of a young “God of Gravity” by whoring his unique world, playerbase, and technology out to suck in all the funds & customers needed to jumpstart an empire.

Like I said, in divinely just world–this whole fucking game belongs to me. New World was never successfully launched & sold; it was a failed project. The spark that ignited the flames of Graal have always been mine, and you may not believe in God, but I have spoken to the Holy Spirit who calls me the Holy Graal; I know what’s true. Nonetheless at this point it’s pretty mute considering I may just be damaged from all of the pain & trauma of having my soul & power robbed, and all the subsequent desperation resulting from being poor & exploited–forced to live years in poverty–for the efforts that were intended to give me stability & success in life, but instead were manipulated to enrich the lives of another because I was young & vulnerable.

I definitely agree that in truth, we need to take everything that the thief has his hands on & redistribute it. The guy needs to spend the rest of life in prison. Even dating back; Bomber was nothing more than a college programmer at the dawn of the Internet practicing coding; in the real world, a programmer on a game title is not the owner of the game, and neither is the server tech. He replicated a bunch of famous games like Bomberman, Zelda, Backgammon, Tetris, & Checkers. Many of them were illegal. Unixmad saw money by doing nothing and simply registered the name “Cyberjoueur” and offered the college student hosting on his computer. The idea being that simply by running a server, he would eventually make money by doing substantially no work.

When Zelda was renamed to Graal, it was still Zelda with a different name; the graphics were simply blown up and very slightly modified. So, again, it was nothing more than an evolution of a college kid’s tile editor made in Java. He decided to practice with C++, and the game development tools were made available for download on GraalOnline.com. Still, Unixmad was just some nerd with a computer & some URLs. The illusion of the business was nothing more than an illusion; he never contributed anything, never made fan sites, rarely posted, never played, and knew no one. He was a thief offering free hosting & business registration off of Bomber’s, often illegal, college projects.

It wasn’t until Destiny was added, the NPC Server created, and Bomy Moon that they realized they could begin selling content–content that Unixmad contributed nothing to other than hosting (at this point it was all free & uncontracted with no terms making the whole concept of the game mine), and the game belonged to me. Running a server, registering some names, and owning a piece of software doesn’t make you a game maker–nor the owner of any game. Graal is an actual game, and it is has been hijacked & seized by some server nerd with money and turned into his personal little casino. People need to recognize what happened; he was a predator who offered nothing other than free hosting so that he could groom unsuspecting children (mostly) and some adults into uploading content that he could eventually change the passwords to and claim as his own.

That is all Unixmad is; and what’s disgusting is the way he markets himself as the brain on Google search results with, “I make games.” None of this empire or game belongs to him, and what it comes down to is that I nearly single handedly made it successful by bringing in all the paying customers & funds, it was my game; all Bomber & Unixmad contributed was illegally selling my content as their own, and they had an engine coded using stolen Zelda resources; all of the software was available for free, and every dollar was marketed toward my game originally, making it all mine; I contributed the most fan content to the community, and knew the most people. Bomber barely knew anyone; he was just a coder, and he was taking directions from me.

The day that GoDaddy gets to claim ownership over Mario, or the day that Box2D gets to claim ownership of Angry Birds–is the day that we can say, “Graal is not Antago’s game.” But we all know this logic is erroneous; the mastermind is the rightful owner, forever. Taking down my server and erecting new ones and selling hosting doesn’t change the fact that they couldn’t have did it without my original game; Graal became mine when they decided to call my game the first official complete & marketable Graal game, including hoarding the money made from it. See, in a divinely just world–they gave me the Graal name & the community came to play my story, not the other way around–and veritably & willingly, under adult consent, agreed that my game is Graal thousands of times over the course of 2 years every single time they registered, attributed, & agreeably marketed my game as true official Graal, but used their power as adults to keep. So, even in terms of Unixmad, although he lies through his teeth, his actions said otherwise.

I am the Shigeru Mayamato of Graal, and their logic is, “Oh well. We paid some money to register a name with the government & coded a common game engine. I guess that means your game is ours & nothing we did to get where we are matters”. But it is my game, my story to write, and I feel it inside me like I had a child and they kidnapped it.

I heard Unixmad aka Stephane Portha is hiding in Israel under the alias of Benjamin Netanyahu

Figures; Israel Jewish extremists also run the media & staged 9/11 to blame Islam to expand American-Israeli territory over the Middle East following their highly illegal invasion of the Palestinians. But, you know, those racist “poor Jews gets blamed for everything” so no one pay attention. Unixmad belongs there.

That doesn’t make any sense; you are completely mistaken. First and foremost, Graal was freeware with its own G-Server to host your own server, and Unixmad didn’t even trademark the software. It was built by Bomber & provided for a free download on a URL which Unixmad registered; a 10 year old can register a URL through GoDaddy using a $1 coupon. I don’t think that registering a $10 domain name constitutes much contribution. The Graal development tools were using any common 16x16 tile editor using Zelda’s graphics, making it completely unpatentable as a piece of software since it has always been packaged as a basic tile editor for Zelda.

Therefore, people downloaded the tools to practice game development using Zelda graphics, which, again, neither Bomber nor Unixmad owned any rights to. Even Mandi’s headsets & PACHUKA’s did not belong to Bomber or Unixmad. Therefore, anytime anyone made a game using the 16x16 freeware tile editor, the game was purely a copyrighted entity unto the artist itself within the context of the crutch of Zelda & whatever original stories & characters the artist created–having absolutely nothing to do with Bomber or Unixmad in any way shape or form, other than Unixmad buying a $10 domain and Bomber coding college game replicas of Nintendo titles.

What it comes down to is that Bomber & Unixmad didn’t own anyone’s content in any way shape or form; they don’t even own the Nintendo’s graphics they’re still using. Bomber created tools to make levels using Zelda tiles, and real game developers took advantage to experiment. Bomber & Unixmad then would wait for the unsuspecting strangers to provide them ideas or files, and then they’d steal it and claim it was theirs.

This is no different than providing pieces of paper free of charge for children and giving away corporate Crayola crayons. If the kids drew the Cistine Chapel, then asked the distributors to hang it up for them, the distributor would then say, “We drew this! This is ours! We’ll be selling OUR drawing–NOT YOURS.”

Do you think it’s right to steal a two year long piece of artwork from a child, just because the adult sees dollar signs?

The biggest difference is that once they saw I wanted them to host my game, which, again, was done through ICQ & I thought Bomber was my friend–Unixmad saw dollars and Bomber moved to Paris so the two could start an actual business under an official complete title called “Graal”, which is my game.

This is all very fascinating, I have some questions:

If the game you made is your brainchild, why not go indie with it? That’s what me and my friends did a long time ago, and we would have gotten away with it completely if we didn’t waste so much time that we all got bored and stopped.

What’s really going to happen now, today, if somebody tries to do something with the Graal name or the Graal engine? Is Unixmad going to come out of the woodwork to mess with them? Ignore for a moment whether he has any right to do so, or how big or small the project is. The question is whether he’d try it regardless.

Yes, he would. I began my game development as part of a childhood ministry after being friends with the Jesus Freaks. I am not a Bible thumper, don’t get me wrong; in fact, I believe God is in all people. Hinduism, Buddhism, etc. The problem is that Unixmad literally took all of our content and claimed it is his, including the name Graal which was officially released & mass marketed as my title–relating to all of my spiritual & creative content, all of the stories of us players which I was largely wrapped up in. It’s far more complicated. I was the God of Gravity, so I pretty much joined all the guilds & brought in a bunch of people, content, and money; it sounds ridiculous but it’s what some of us admins were doing; getting my soul back is very important to me, because Stephane’s bloodline does not own what I kickstarted or any of my ministry. Instead, he’s dangling it as his property, all of which I need to continue my childhood story where I left off. It’s not as simple as moving on.

I thought everyone knew cyberjoueur, and whatever names it has got, was just a front.
I thought everyone knew graal 2001 was 100% crowdsourced and that these very talented teenagers enjoyed doing that work with the promise of a playerbase and a stable server. I’ve never paid for graal though, I’ve never felt it made sense to pay for it.
Little did I know that graal’s most popular servers were mostly made by a single teenager who now feels robbed. Little did I know that so many persons fell for unixmad’s goofy facade. It was a dream for a certain moment participating to graal. I wonder how I’d feel today if I did.

That said, that part about discussing with god is worrysome. I hope you get all the help you need.

I am a Native American shaman, actually; All Native American shamans commune with the Great Spirit, where I also get my ideas & creativity in my dreams as well. But this content is priceless and given by the Grace of God for my power, not for Unixmad.

You have to understand that at this time it was far different. Graal Classic’s content was nothing more than a collaborative project being managed by Galen, PACHUKA (who left), Vangel, Olorin, & Myself. Nothing was P2P, and you couldn’t get your own server hosted by Unixmad; Destiny was the first playerworld but it was accessed through a warp in my house in Onnett. Looking back, they were trying to sell Destiny as the first title now that I think about it. I was just happy to have hosting; but, again, my files were exchanged through FTP or ICQ, and never through an upload form with Terms & Agreements–ever–because I was a top administrator & developer.

Graal2001 was Graal’s first actual product title. I did not BUY a server, and no one else did either. It wasn’t until I was building my server that Bomber told me Unixmad & him were going to be selling my content and taking the money. By the time, I had no power over the situation, so I acquiesced and pretended it was fine because at 14 they were essentially bullying me into feeling like they did all the work. I didn’t understand that in truth, people were paying for creativity–not for Nintendo’s graphics or software. When they launched my game as the official Graal game product, they exploited the opportunity of the theft of my content to begin luring more people in. That is, with their newfound power they could sucker people by selling $80 licenses to host their games; meanwhile, they confiscated my title, called it Graal, made it the official website, marketed the hell out of it, took the money, and reinvested to become millionaires.

I didn’t buy the server; there was no such thing at the time. They used the leverage of my game to discontinue the G-Server & begin charging people to let Unixmad profit off of their work; in the meantime, however, they built up all of my cult following & took all of my playerbase, content, marketing, and money. So, yea, those people who rented a server using the EULA & credit cards got what they deserved. I on the other hand was the person completely robbed to make it all possible, so there’s a big difference. They couldn’t have did it without robbing me first.

So you made Graal 2001? That stuff was amazing. Learning such complexity was possible with gs1 blew my mind back in the days. What are you up to nowadays?

Yes the concept is mine; but I had a ton of people who would work for me. Unixmad and Bomber stole my team as well, without remorse, because they couldn’t have one that contributed much actual content for God knows what reason, they stole my business. I designed 90% of the game concept and then had my team provide variations of spritesheets to add diversity. Or, Bomber and Kyle0654 would code something when I couldn’t at my request.

If you imagine Shigeru Mayamato with Zelda, it is the best way to picture it. I conceived a game, developed a ton of it, and had some coders donate some scripts per request when needed with a couple graphic artists for alternate spritesheets of bomies.

Everything got ripped and stolen for money, power, and security and Unixmad doesn’t give a damn what happens to anyone. He is literally a psychopath, and that isn’t exaggeration; he is an actual psychopath.

Important question: do you feel pre pay to play stuff you made or anyone else made was robbed?
In other words, would it be alright if wr somehow succeded making graal like it was before graal 2001?
Btw, I dreamed of destiny last night :stuck_out_tongue:

Everything Unixmad is doing is wrong–EVERYTHING. The game has lost its consistency & charm, because the universe chose me for my creative vision as I rose to King without Unixmad, & Unixmad wouldn’t have it so he took everything to get rich instead. He has no vision, and he doesn’t contribute or make games; he never has. You have to understand this. He has no ideas other than anything that will earn him capital; so, if that means making Graal mobile he’ll just throw it out there like all businessmen: More and more people are going mobile … Stefan, make me a mobile app.

But everything is wrong. The game isn’t supposed to be a modernized utopia of costumes & sparring matches; his perception of what the Graal world should be is a replica of what happened in ancient Rome & other fallen nations, like America is soon to be; when greed takes control through the forces evil & manipulation, everything becomes about vanity & fighting–cheap thrills that amuse players in ongoing drugging adrenaline chases without purpose or meaning–but that generate revenue in an ill-conceived format. Unixmad cannot conceive of anything more complex than that, so he has lazily taken what we created and reproduced the sins of Rome & America in a virtual format.

That is, costumes & sparring is a synonym for burlesque & gladiators; or, fashion & sports (America). Whatever language you call it, it’s the same thing; Unixmad isn’t an artist or spiritual shaman. He has no inspiration.

That being said–yes people are being robbed. Graal should be paying the contributors, not having content donated on a “volunteer basis”. I have heard Unixmad use the argument: “Everyone has always worked for free in Graal. That is the spirit. You can volunteer or go somewhere else. This is how things are done.” It’s a lie, though; he stole our games. He preyed off children while he & Bomber groomed them; they ripped off adults. They then used the beauty we were creating to lure people in; once they were drunk off the community & content we created, Unixmad convinced them “it was all donated for free & fun, that’s okay & good for you because everyone did it”. But it wasn’t donated. We were independent developers collaborating & socializing together until Unixmad took Bomy Moon and used it to basically steal the entire community from literally everyone through the securement of the revenue & customers it would generate. Everyone left, and the Internet was so young that copyright laws were hazy and many people were just kids; a lot of them contributed administration or minor content.

In terms of persecuting Unixmad there are a few keys to taking him down; I am the Excalibur, and I know of a few others but I won’t mention their names. It takes those of us waking up from trauma & the courage to realize what happened. This is why he was never stopped, and people like Viper have been persecuted, vandalized, & harassed by the sociopath for free speech.

Graal should be paying people to host their games, and stop calling them “servers”; you do not ask people to pay you to host their games for you. These games generate revenue; the more resources they use, the more revenue they generate. The fact that people are paying Unixmad to host their entire created universes to make him money shows you that everyone is drunk off a lie stemming back to the fact that the spirit of Graal is not what he claims it is. They are attracted to something deeper, between the panels: A dream. This something deeper is a community & a soul that was hijacked years ago, and the lie that “it was all donated to him for free to make him rich for our fun & amusement” is an insidious, predatory notion that he has intoxicated young starving artists & abused adults, as well as impressionable children–into believing. They come to see the excitement that we created, and instead find themselves in a Stockholm Syndrome of abuse because he is not the true king–and his rules, like we have mentioned, are another reflection of why this man belongs in prison.

Another fallacy is that “cheating is always wrong & very bad!” You do not ban people’s paying accounts with hundreds of hours for using a speed hack in a video game; that’s like executing everyone who commits any crime in real life; cheating is part of the charm of the game, but he hates games so he just uses an iron rule to get rid of it to encourage sales in the same shitshow of costumes & sparring that he imposed upon someone else’s game to rake in cash. He also does not pay the “police” on the servers; the game rakes in $100,000+ per month and he pays no one–not even the GPs. $100,000 is enough to pay everyone a hefty sum and still transform the game into a Mecca–yet it remains unchanged, and the same stolen content because he isn’t a game designer.

It’s all a sham, and it is because this man stole a kingdom long long ago that didn’t belong to him–and people are suffering mindlessly for it under a tyranny few are wise to reject.

I bet Unixmad made barely anything off of graal

That is true, however it was dissected and piecemealed into Graal2002 and Graal Kingdoms and other stuff that wasn’t nearly as good as the original vision of New World and the New World devs did not get credit or pay for any of it either. That’s how unixmad and others run, make a project, mine as much content/materials out of it as possible then shut it all down… The irony here is that Unixmad could make so much more money and actually be semi-liked by more people if he let a whole new complete project come to life rather than let graal stagnate as a shitty iphone app with pay for gralats and crap, but that takes effort and integrity, things which are alien to the frenchman.

mobile and casual gaming is the lowest on the shit-o-meter and anything can make endless bucks without having quality these days which is why frenchie is right at home there collecting bucks for doing nothing, the scumbag hasn’t even bothered to make a facebook, twitter, forum post, website update or youtube video since 2009!

There was certainly money floating around there just how much is kinda open to interpretation and debate.

Well i stand corrected. Good lord, I can’t believe those shitty games made that much money. Who wants to track St
