@Rammy, don’t be disheartened by the reaction you received, this is Graal Reborn, we’re all assholes. Your progress is decent, aside from a few bugs and some whack keybinds, it’s looking neat. Everything is experience, and you will gain lots of knowledge from this project whether you complete it or not.

Although after looking at your source, I suggest you look into HTML5 Canvases. You might like this: http://phaser.io/

Thank you
I was thinking of using Canvas before I had started, but I didn’t think it would be much of a problem until now.
I did learn a whole lot already, and I’m sure I will continue to gain experience in the field just as you said it.
I honestly never thought that I could succeed in making half the things I have made
and I’m glad I get to talk to experience programmers here and get their input on things.

I will post back when I think I’ve really got something worthwhile and not just random unfinished projects.
I just wanted to show you all that I haven’t given up yet and that progress, although not much, has been made.

I didn’t think of showinventory as an object and wanted to stay away from booleans.
Your approach does sound better.

Just use a bit approach then.

true = 1, false = 0, logical conjugation = 1-bit

also might want to fix up these errors shrugs

I made an A Link to the Past clone in Flash/AS3 once. But I told everyone is was a Graal clone. Silly me.

Most of that shit is Weebly. Cause lol, too lazy to setup a free hosting account…

I removed the footer advertisement and some images that lagged the page and now they’re bitchin’ about it on the Console like it’s a fricken Server Error.

^^ yepp!

Booleans remind me when I was scripting everything for graal with flags and questioned why the hell I couldn’t make anything as awesome as others. I have booleanophobia.

Booleans and bitmasks are my fav

You have a phobia of a common datatype because you used it when you were learning? o_O
