Advertising won’t keep people. It will make them come on and then leave. After they leave they will most likely never come back. Until we start having more people stay it isn’t a good idea to advertise.

yea we need more people on this forum but if we cant advertise to get them then how do we get them on here??
also do you know how many people are on the internet looking for new games to play each day, i dont think that i would hurt too much to try to pull in some of them even if 1/2 of the people we pull in leave we would still get more new member.
How about the same way most of us became members? Word of mouth. Get your friends to play. Until Graal Reborn becomes “better” players will not stay to wait. If they are your friend it will give them a reason to play.

Yea its i better way of looking at your post, if you dont like it then al you needed to do was say that your not posting in sarcasum and you do mean to piss off everyone.

This topic isn’t important unless you wish to just waste the advertising. People will join, see that it’s nott finished and basicly sucks, then they will leave. There is no point in advertising until it is decently close to finish.

well you and i have both stuck around to see whats happening, and the other members of the forum have too, surly not everyone will leave and that gives us a reason to do it.
anyone this is thread is only to come up with ideas, if people wish to use them then its up to them, i dont see why you are so outraged about tring to get more members.
But advertising isn’t the way to do it at least not yet. We want to keep as many as possible. Like many of us, there are people that are here because they are interested in the growth of Graal Reborn. Then there are the people that only play a game when it’s fun and there are a lot of people.
Well i now agree with spooon we cannot advertise becuase of our progress sum will come to see a graal online private server but its not a private server its a community.
well then thats fine.
we come up with some ideas then we can post them here…
then when you think its time to advertise you can come and tell us all.

I was to lazzy to read all their post. but if your going to advertise graal then you might as well do it on a Topsites page. Also I would recommend designing a better banner than the ones I have seen. More of a animated one or even a flash banner. also another good idea to do is to start a advertising team. the AT will win points and more privileges on the forums but they have to send you a weekly txt doc with all the sites they have advertise the site at. and who ever does the most advertising in 2 - 3 months will win a spot to become a mod on the forums. or something like that.
